Artist painter and educator, born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, “adopted” by Aguadilla, PR. Graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, former university professor of Humanities, Universal History and Drawing and Painting Instructor.  Since 1961 she has participated in 130 Solo Exhibitions and over 312 group exhibitions.  Estela has been President of many art organizations and has been  invited to exhibit at International Biennials and Triennials in Colombia, Mexico D.F., Spain, Venezuela and the USA. Included in International Artist Magazine, Artspeak Magazine, Who’s Who in American Art, International Contemporary Artists, The Dictionary of International Biographies, Cambridge, England.
